Money note / What a fee includes
What would the fee cover?
Get the visit, ongoing service and product costs named separately. A short headline can leave a lot out.
There is no verified US Semax price here
Semax has no approved US product, so there is no maker’s US list price or government price to give, as of September 30, 2026. FDA’s Semax review
A price on a care website does not tell you whether the product may legally be provided.
Can a price tell me whether the offer is real?
It cannot settle the question on its own. Keep the fee breakdown beside the explanation of the product and the care.
Ask for the whole cost in writing
- What is charged for the assessment?
- Is there an ongoing membership or follow-up fee?
- Is any medicine included or billed apart from care?
- Are tests, delivery or extra visits charged separately?
- Does a lower opening fee change later?
- What are the cancellation and refund terms?
Ask when the next charge would happen and what action cancels it. Keep a copy of the terms you agree to.
What if no medicine is prescribed?
Ask whether the assessment fee still applies, whether any membership continues and how to end it.
Compare like with like
Put each offer into the same plain categories: assessment, ongoing care, any product and extras. Mark anything that has not been answered.
Ask what you would pay at the start and what you would pay later. Leave an unknown blank; do not turn an opening price into a long-term total.
Ask your insurer about each proposed visit, test or medicine before treating it as covered.
